Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to amend an item previously approved by the G&C on 4/17/19, Item #44A for the addition of Fahey Appraisals, Manchester, NH, to prepare appraisals for property needed for transportation projects. Effective upon G&C approval through April 17, 2024. No new funding is being requested.
