Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to enter into a retroactive and sole source contract with Romik Developers, LLC, Berlin, NH in the amount of $60,000 for an Excavator to complete road and trail maintenance at Jericho Mountain State Park. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 31, 2023 through November 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds
