Authorize to award a grant to the North Country Village Cooperative, Inc., Tuftonboro, NH in that amount not to exceed $1,500,000 for water and wastewater system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2026. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement in an amount not to exceed $285,600 to finance the leach fields and septic system improvements project under the provision of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq.
