Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to enter into a contract with Genasys, Inc., in the amount of $578,000 for the purpose of hosted web-based New Hampshire Emergency Notification System, a statewide mass emergency notification system that is capable of geographically alerting the public via voice, short message service, and e-mail alerts based on a pre-registered location. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2028, with the option to renew at the State’s discretion for up to an additional two years. 100% Agency Income
