Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with New Hampshire Judicial Branch, Administrative Office of the Courts, Office of Mediation and Arbitration, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, Item #16), to expand service for NH residents who are in dispute regarding their parental rights and responsibilities, including residential rights and responsibilities for their children, by increasing the price limitation by $37,275 from $196,250 to $233,525 with no change to the contract completion date of September 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
