Authorize the Division of Agricultural Development to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 10/19/22, Item #41), from the US Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture for grants to organizations and agencies to address issues regarding farmer stress, mental health, and suicide, by extending the end date from June 30, 2023 to August 31, 2023 to accept and expend $27,352. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on August 11, 2023.
