Authorize the Division of Agricultural Development to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 9/21/22, Item #48), by extending the end date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024 to accept and expend a grant award from the US Department of Agriculture Agricultural Marketing Service, in the amount of $20,000, for the Local Food Purchase Assistance Cooperative Agreement Program. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on August 11, 2023.
