Authorize the Division of Agricultural Development to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 1/26/22, Item #52), by extending the end date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025 to accept and expend $352,270 from the US Department of Agriculture to conduct programs benefiting NH for the Specialty Corp Block Grant Program.
