Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing subaward agreement with NH Housing Finance Authority, Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #94A), for program and budget changes to the Homeowner Assistance Fund, under which funds are used to mitigate financial hardships suffered by NH homeowners associated with the COVID-19 pandemic by providing funds to prevent displacement of homeowners, by increasing the price limitation by $692,500 from $49,250,000 to $49,942,500 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2025 to March 31, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
