Authorize the Division of Economic Development, Office of International Commerce to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 10/19/22, Item #52), by extending the end date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025 and to accept and expend grant funds from the US Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service’s Acer Access and Development Program grant program in the amount of $388,080.
