Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a retroactive and sole source contract with Milton Rents Inc., Gorham, NH, in the amount of $26,325, for the rental of a Caterpillar 316F tracked excavator for the maintenance, ditching and installation of culverts on the roads system within the Connecticut Lakes Headwaters Management Area in Coos County, NH.
