Authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 10/19/22, Item #67), by extending the grant end date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025 and reallocate the amounts shown in the table as detailed in the letter dated July 17, 2023. (2) Further authorize to accept and expend $72,260 in federal funds from the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Sewer Overflow and Stormwater Reuse Municipal Grant program to fund investments in wastewater infrastructure for combined sewer overflow projects. Effective upon G&C approval for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on August 11, 2023.
