Authorize the Town of Tuftonboro, NH the right to place fill in the bed of public waters in Lake Winnipesaukee in the Town of Tuftonboro, NH as shown on the plan entitled “Plan to Accompany Petition for the Town of Tuftonboro to the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services,” dated July 6, 2023. (2) Further authorize to execute the final version of the draft Deed and Grant of Right submitted herewith, and authorize the NH Department of Environmental Services to deliver such fully executed deed for recording, as detailed in the letter dated August 7, 2023.
