Authorize to amend a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire, Sponsored Program Administration, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/17/22, Item #41), for the NHDES Stormwater Manual Update project, by: extending the completion date from August 31, 2023 to June 30, 2024; increasing the contract award amount by $20,000 from $139,881 to $159,881; and revising the scope of work to include additional deliverables. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
