Authorize to amend a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan agreement with the City of Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/18/19, Item #71), to increase the funding by $2,100,000, from $4,400,000 to $6,500,000 under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds
