Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Lisbon, NH, in the amount not to exceed $117,000, for water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through January 1, 2026. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement in the amount not to exceed $1,053,000 to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq.
