Authorize the Division of State Police to retroactively amend a donation from Rob and Karen Rigsby (originally approved by G&C on 7/12/22, Item #32A) by extending the end date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025 for the purpose of purchasing equipment for the State Police K-9 Unit. Effective upon G&C approval from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025. 100% Private Local Funds
