Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend a grant agreement with the Rockingham Planning Commission, Exeter, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/12/23, Item #131), increasing the grant limitation by $9,000 from a $31,999.50 to $40,999.50, to include management cost associated with the hazard mitigation plans for the Town of Atkinson, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through August 4, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
