Authorize to enter into a contract with Loureiro Building Construction, LLC, Plainville, CT for a total price not to exceed $335,895.92, for Grounds Garage and Dolloff Fire Suppression Improvements, Concord, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $15,000 for unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $350,895.92. (3) Further authorize a payment of $8,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $358,895.92. Effective upon G&C approval October 31, 2023. 100% Capital Funds
