(2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $50,000 for unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $970,000. (3) Further authorize a payment of $40,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $1,010,000.
