Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Institute for Community Alliances, Des Moines, IA (originally approved by G&C on 3/27/19, Item #11), for the continued operation and maintenance of the New Hampshire Statewide Homeless Management Information System, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $1,110,206 from $1,515,526 to $2,625,732 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2024 to July 31, 2027.
