Authorize the Bureau of Transportation Systems Management & Operations to enter into an Agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., Bedford, NH, for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000, to provide on-call Intelligent Transportation System Services for various transportation projects located throughout the State. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2028.
