Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a parcel of state-owned land, totaling 3.16+/- acres, located at 1 Cronin Road in the Town of Exeter, NH. The Department entered into a listing agreement with the NAI Norwood Group, with a 6% commission. NAI Norwood Group solicited interest for the property and entered into a purchase and sales agreement with an abutter, Cronin Road Realty, LLC, who has agreed to pay $576,100, which includes the $1,100 administrative fee. (2) Further authorize to compensate NAI Norwood Group in the amount of $34,500, for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval.
