Authorize the Bureau of Transportation Systems Management & Operations to retroactively exercise a sole source contract renewal option with DTN, LLC, Omaha, NE (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/23, Item #55, archived document ), by extending the completion date from September 30, 2025 to September 30, 2027. (2) Further authorize to increase the contract amount by $61,208.16 from $57,700 to $118,908.16, for the purpose of providing Weather Forecast Services. This is the first and only option for a two-year extension, with a 4% annual increase. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
