Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $3,581,770 from the United States Department of Energy, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, State Energy Program, as detailed in the letter dated August 2, 2023. (2) Further authorize the Division of Policy and Programs to create one full-time Administrator II, one Program Specialist III, and one Program Specialist II positions to help manage this program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on August 11, 2023.
