Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Plymouth Village Water & Sewer District, Plymouth, NH, in the amount not to exceed $240,000, for water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2025. 100% Federal Funds (2) Further authorize to approve a loan agreement with Plymouth Village Water & Sewer District, in the amount not to exceed $2,160,000, to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund BIL Funds
