Authorize the Bureau of Career Development to enter into a sole source contract with Gallup, Inc., Washington, DC, in an amount of $10,000, to conduct a research project that will review and provide guidance for career and technical education (CTE) teachers, school counselors, and administrators to support non-traditional students enrolled in CTE programs. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds
