Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend the grant agreement with the Town of Londonderry, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/15/21, Item #74F), to extend the completion date from August 31, 2022 to August 31, 2023, with no change in funding sources. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funds being requested.
