Authorize to enter into a cooperative project agreement with Keene State College, Keene, NH, in the amount of $4,423,000, to provide services to build capacity for providers of child care, Head Start and out-of-school time programs, including opportunities for child care professionals development, advancing the Department’s early childhood and out-of-school time Quality Recognition Improvement System known as Granite Steps for Quality (GSQ), testing strategies to strengthen the child care system, and preparing for an evaluation and validation study of the GSQ. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
