Authorize to enter into a contract with the RAND Corporation, Santa Monica, CA, in the amount of $400,000 for the purpose of conducting a ground ambulance cost study and developing a cost-based rate schedule to be used by health carriers in reimbursing ground ambulance providers in New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Other Funds
