Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a lease agreement for a 450 square foot parcel of state-owned land located on the Portsmouth Branch Railroad Corridor in the City of Manchester, NH, to Outfront Media LLC for the greater of 30% of annual advertising income for the location per year or a minimum annual rent of $1,327.68, for a period of five years, which would yield a minimum of $6,638.40. Effective retroactive to January 1, 2023, upon G&C approval through December 31, 2027.
