Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a lease agreement for a 1,000 square foot parcel of state-owned land located on the Manchester & Lawrence Railroad Corridor in the City of Manchester, NH, to Outfront Media LLC by extending the completion date from December 31, 2027 to December 31, 2032. Rental income realized for this five-year extension will be for the greater of 35% of annual advertising income for the location per year or a minimum annual rent of $28,500; the minimum income to be realized for the five-year extension will be $142,500. Effective upon G&C approval.
