Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley, Inc., Bow, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $2,826,400, for rehabilitation of toll plazas and tunnel systems that service the toll booth. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $141,320 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 17, 2024. 100% Turnpike Funds
