Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with SUR Construction, Inc., Rochester, NH, on the basis of a sole bid of $566,245, for Turnpike drainage rehabilitation on US 202 (Spaulding) connector from Chestnut Hill Rd to NH Rt. 125 in Rochester, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $28,312.25 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2023. 100% Turnpike Funds
