Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with L & D Safety Markings Corp., Barre, VT, on the basis of a low bid of $1,073,575, for construction of permanent pavement markings on the Blue Star Turnpike (I-95) from MA/NH State line in Seabrook, NH to NH/ME State line in Portsmouth, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $53,678.75 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2023. 100% Turnpike Funds
