Description
Authorize, for the benefit of Department of Transportation, to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Bentley Systems, Inc., Exton, PA (originally approved by G&C on 10/31/18, Item #51), by increasing the price limitation by $149,707.22, from $694,876.91 to $844,584.13, for the purpose of additional licenses and subscriptions to provide software maintenance and support for the DOT Computer Aided Design & Drafting System. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2024. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the Agency Class 027 used by the Department of Transportation to reimburse DoIT is 100% Highway Funds
