Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with C.H. Guernsey and Company, Oklahoma City, OK, for an amount not to exceed $41,304, to provide consulting services to assist and advise the Department in reviewing utility cost of capital, as part of a general distribution rate and revenue increase proposed before the Public Utilities Commission involving Liberty Utilities Corp. d/b/a Liberty Utilities. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for an additional two years. 100% Other (Utility Special Assessment)
