Description
Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Adult Education to enter into a sole source retroactive contract amendment with LiteracyPro System, Inc., Boulder, CO (originally approved by G&C on 9/17/17, Item #59), by increasing the price limitation by $125,500 from $638,901 to $764,401, to continue to provide a commercial-off-the-shelf, vendor-hosted, web-based adult education data system that meets federal reporting requirements under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, and extending the contract from June 30, 2023 to July 31, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
