Authorize the Division of Risk and Benefits to enter into a fully-insured group Medicare Advantage with a prescription drug plan agreement with Anthem Health Plans of New Hampshire d/b/a Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Manchester, NH, for members covered under the State’s Medicare-eligible Retiree Health Benefit Plan, in an amount not to exceed $69,388,000. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. 48% General Funds, 3% Enterprise Funds, 13% Highway Funds, 1% Turnpike Funds, 35% Other Funds
