Authorize to enter into a contract with Triumph Roofing Inc, Baldwinville, MA for a total price not to exceed $858,750, for NCF Roof Replacement, Berlin, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $65,000 for unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $923,750. (3) Further authorize a payment of $10,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $933,750. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of construction administrative services, estimated to be September 15, 2023. 100% Capital Funds
