Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing project agreement with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, Item #96), for the continued enhancement, maintenance, and operations of the federal grants ledger to track all of the federal expenditures by account unit and programs, by increasing the price limitation by $719,862 from $1,215,330 to $1,935,192, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
