Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with International Institute of New England, Inc., Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 10/7/20, Item #7), for the social service programs which lead directly to self-sufficiency for refugees, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $370,394 from $505,386 to $875,780 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2023 to September 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds Hampstead Hospital & Residential Treatment Facility
