Authorize to enter into a contract with SEED Collective, LLC, Kansas City, MO, in the amount of $3,543,670, to serve as a facilitating organization for the Child Care Business Improvement Project. The Contractor will supervise and manage all aspects of the project, including working with the business community and community partners to deliver child care programs statewide. Effective July 1, 2023 , or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through September 30, 2024, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds
