Authorize to enter into a cooperative project agreement with the University of New Hampshire, in the amount of $600,000, to provide tuition assistance to qualifying early childhood education and out-of-school time staff to take relevant courses at any accredited institute of higher education to develop professional qualifications needed to support the success of children in early childhood and out-of-school settings. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 100% Federal Funds
