Description
Authorize to amend a Grant Agreement with New Hampshire Catholic Charities d/b/a New Hampshire Food Bank, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/23/22, Item #15), to continue to incentivize the purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program recipients residing in NH, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $200,000 from $150,000 to $350,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
