Authorize to amend existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 22, 2023, to modify the payment terms and to add funding to support additional case management and service coordination for high-risk families to strengthen family protective factors, keep children safe, by increasing the total price limitation by $618,750 from $22,140,059 to $22,758,809, with no change to the contract completion dates of June 30, 2024.
