Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Carelon Behavioral Health, Inc., Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Item #19), for continued operation of a centralized crisis call center for individuals experiencing a mental health and/or substance use disorder crisis, by extending the contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $6,725,351 from $9,258,948 to $15,984,299, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 18% Federal Funds, 82% General Funds
