Description
Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing agreements with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 31, 2023, to correct an error in the rate calculation for services by increasing the price limitation by $4,316,326 from $236,017,584 to $240,333,910 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2024. Effective retroactive to August 11, 2021, upon G&C approval. 51% General Funds, 49% Federal Funds dependent upon eligibility of the client.
