Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 25, 2023, for the continued provision of the State Grant in Aid Home Assistance program, by increasing the total price limitation by $2,257,699 from $17,346,536 to $19,604,235 and by extending the completion dates from June 30, 2023 to March 31, 2024.
