Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Amoskeag Health, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #32), for ongoing Comprehensive Nutrition, Feeding and Swallowing Network for Children with Special Health Care Needs services, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $1,070,000 from $1,070,000 to $2,140,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 25% Federal Funds, 75% General Funds
